By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping terms, including the use of LTL freight, pallet delivery, and applicable lift gate requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Due to the hazardous nature of fireworks and federal shipping regulations, we generally cannot accept returns on fireworks products once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations may be requested before an order has shipped. Once an order has been picked up by the freight carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
Your Responsibility
Crew Fireworks is not liable for any fines, penalties, damages, injuries, or other consequences resulting from the illegal or unsafe use of fireworks purchased from us. Always follow all safety guidelines and applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crew Fireworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
All content on crewfireworks.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Crew Fireworks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Dakota.
